Free Delivery

Free delivery is available to most of England, Wales and Scotland, though we do have to charge for some destinations (such as off-shore islands, parts of Scotland, all of N. Ireland) and some services (such as morning deliveries, Saturday deliveries). Most deliveries are made within one to five working days.

Simple Returns
|
If you do not like the rug when it arrives, please e-mail us within 48 hours and we will send you a returns code and our returns address. Then return the rug to us within 7 working days of delivery at your expense for a full refund.
This offer excludes special orders (eg custom made rugs) and special delivery arrangement fees (eg timed deliveries, Saturday delivery costs, non UK mainland delivery costs etc.) where special terms apply. See terms and conditions for full details.

Lowest Price Promise
|
We believe we offer the lowest prices on the internet. So if you find the same items for less (including carriage charges) within 7 days, we will refund the difference in price. Identical order items must be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch on another VAT registered UK mainland based website.
