We deliver FREE to all of mainland England & Wales, and most of Scotland. Our UK standard delivery is a FREE weekday delivery service to most of the UK mainland. In addition we offer some special delivery options for which our couriers charge extra. FREE DELIVERY AREA (UK excluding N.Ireland, off shore islands, parts of Scotland) Standard weekday delivery FREE * Named weekday £4.50 Named weekday before 1:00pm £10 Saturday delivery £15 Saturday before 1:00pm £30 * Standard Weekday Delivery is FREE for orders to all UK locations with the exception of Northern Ireland, remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands and other offshore islands. Unfortunately these locations incur higher courier charges. LOCATION SURCHARGE (N.Ireland, off shore islands, parts of Scotland) is usually £20 Select carriage options during checkout. Contact us if you are not sure if charges apply to your area. We are unable to deliver to some remote areas and/or offshore areas as due to the size and dimensions of some rugs the couriers do not offer viable delivery services. Tracking Your Delivery Customers will receive an e-mail when their rug is dispatched, along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site (where available), allowing the delivery to be tracked online.* Simple Returns You may return your rug for any reason. Simply e-mail us, within 48 hours is best, and we will send you a returns code and our returns address. Then return the rug to us for a full refund of the cost of the rug. Please note rugs must be returned within 7 working days from the day after the day you received it and at your expense. Please note that special delivery charges (eg Saturday delivery, Named Day delivery, Location Surcharge etc) are non-refundable in the event of a return.* Lowest Price Promise We believe we offer the lowest prices on the internet. So if you find the same items for less (including carriage charges) before you buy or up to 7 days afterwards, we will refund the difference in price. Identical order items must be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch on another VAT registered UK mainland based website. Excludes auction sites and generic products such as sheepskins and anti slip where our product is of a higher quality than cheaper products.* Secure Payment We only ever use payment providers who are recognised throughout the industry as offering 100% secure systems. All payment information is securely encrypted using state of the art SSL encryption technology.* When do we take payment? Pay online by debit or credit card through our secure payment processor SagePay, and we won't take the payment until we have double checked stock.
