Free delivery

UK mainland deliveries are free and most are made within 10 days, although a small number take a little longer. If this is the case we'll contact you to discuss options.

Our STANDARD DELIVERY service is the fastest delivery option and it is a FREE 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday delivery service. It is available to all of mainland England & Wales, and most of mainland Scotland free of charge. We can deliver to your home, or to another address such as a neighbour, your work address or a family member or friend.

Parcels may be left with neighbours unless you ask us not to do so when placing your order (for online orders use the comments box during checkout).

Special delivery options

We also offer a range of SPECIAL DELIVERY options within the free delivery areas for those who want a more specific service:

Saturday delivery: £36

Please note that during the busy pre-Xmas / New Year period the courier companies make it clear that the quoted delivery estimates are 'best endeavour' estimates and may not always be achieved due to the huge volume of parcels being processed.

Free delivery is not available to some areas

In general free delivery is not available to N.Ireland, UK off shore islands, parts of Scotland. Post codes include: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT1-BT94, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, KA27-KA28, HS1-HS9, ZE1-ZE4, IM1-IM9, IV1-IV63, TR21-TR25. The Channel Islands (JE and GE post codes) are not part of the UK, so see the next section.

We still deliver to many of these areas, though not all. For those that we do deliver to we may have to make a delivery charge depending on what the couriers charge us. Estimated charges will be shown during check out although we reserve the right to increase or decrease these charges based on actual costs (we will contact you to agree the charges before they are made). Also there may be package size restrictions for some post codes.

Contact us if you are not sure if charges apply to your area. We are unable to deliver to some remote areas and/or offshore areas as due to the size and dimensions of some rugs the couriers do not offer viable delivery services.

Outside the UK

We have found the best way to provide delivery outside the UK is to help customers arrange their own carriage. This is much easier than you may think as it can all be done online. And you will have full control over the delivery and, more importantly, the delivery costs. Call us on +44 1273 358 279 and we'll run though it with you. Alternatively email us with rug name(s), size(s), and your country, postal town, and post code/zip code.

Tracking your delivery

Customers will receive an e-mail when their rug is dispatched, along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site (where available), allowing the delivery to be tracked online.* We use the carriage service best suited to the parcel size, weight and destination. Couriers include TNT, ParcelForce, UK Mail, APC, UPS and Tuffnells.

Simple returns

You may return your rug for any reason. We ask customers to arrange and pay for their own returns. Your order must be back with us within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply e-mail or call us, tell us the order number, and we'll send you a detailed e-mail explaining how to arrange the rug return. It will include a return code and return address (only return rugs to the returns address, not to our office address). Then return the rug to us. Please note that special delivery charges (eg Saturday delivery, Named Day delivery, location surcharge etc) are non-refundable in the event of a return.*

Secure payment

We only ever use payment system providers who are recognised throughout the industry as offering the most secure systems. All payment information is securely encrypted using state of the art SSL encryption technology.*Currently we use PayPal.
